Coffee Semifreddo

Equipment

  • 1 5 x 9 loaf pan
  • 1 small bowl
  • 1 large bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1 1/2 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk
  • 400 ml whipping cream about 1 pint

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together 4 tbsp instant coffee, 1 1/2 tbsp milk, and 3 tbsp condensed milk. Stir til smooth and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whip the 400 ml whipping cream til thick.
  • Add the coffee mixture and mix until you have soft peaks.
  • Place in 5 x 9 loaf pan either lined with plastic (if metal) or pour into silicon pan.
  • Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
