In a small bowl, mix together 4 tbsp instant coffee, 1 1/2 tbsp milk, and 3 tbsp condensed milk. Stir til smooth and set aside.
In a large bowl, whip the 400 ml whipping cream til thick.
Add the coffee mixture and mix until you have soft peaks.
Place in 5 x 9 loaf pan either lined with plastic (if metal) or pour into silicon pan.
Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
