- 1 5 x 9 loaf pan
- 1 small bowl
- 1 large bowl
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 1/2 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp condensed milk
- 400 ml whipping cream about 1 pint
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together 4 tbsp instant coffee, 1 1/2 tbsp milk, and 3 tbsp condensed milk. Stir til smooth and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whip the 400 ml whipping cream til thick.
- Add the coffee mixture and mix until you have soft peaks.
- Place in 5 x 9 loaf pan either lined with plastic (if metal) or pour into silicon pan.
- Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
